Sisco Designs and Paige Corke Photography
Location: Warwick, QLD
Website: https://www.siscodesigns.shop
Paige and I lived on the same road when we were both working as Governesses in 2019 (we lived about 150kms apart, but you know – it was on the same road, we were practically neighbours!). Through Sisco designs you can purchase some of her lovely jewellery or her 2022 Photography calendar.
My Pick: Paige’s handmade, beaded keyrings.

Chaplain Creative
Location: Cloncurry, QLD
Website: https://www.ruthchaplainart.com
Ruth Chaplain lives on a cattle station outside of Cloncurry and runs workshops (hello paint and sip!) in her surrounding towns. She also sells her artwork through her online shop.
My Pick: I LOVE Ruths Christmas cards and Christmas wrapping paper. I’m planning on framing a few of the Christmas cards as sweet Christmas presents.

Country Rose Co.
Location: Passchendaele, QLD
Website: https://www.instagram.com/countryroseco/
Recommended to me by my cousin (who’s married to a family member of the lovely girls at Country Rose Co’s), this business is run by 3 sisters, north west of Stanthorpe and they offer a range of jewellery, accessories and gifts. You can order via their Instagram account.
My Pick: They offer a gift pack for $18 which includes a scrunchie, hair clip and pair of earrings.

Eloise Moir Photography
Location: Camooweal, QLD
Website: https://www.eloisemoir.com.au
Ok, I’ll admit – I’m biased. Eloise is a friend of mine and I have loved watching her grow into sharing her creative pursuits in the last few years. She has just dropped her first release, as series called ‘Remnants of the Past’. It features beautiful photos of the hidden treasures she’s found around the cattle station she works on.

Gifts at Teacup
Location: Roma, QLD
Gifts at Teacup is probably one of the most talked about shops in our boarding house. It’s known as ‘the shop with all the earrings’ and every child that lives west of Toowoomba knows exactly what shop is being referred to.
My pick: Whether you need a gift for your mother, father, partner or second cousin, this store literally has something for everyone.

The Drawing Board Boutique
Location: Blackall, QLD
A boutique and a coffee shop in one – can it get any better? The Drawing Board is a firm staple in my road trip north every year.
My pick: ALLLLL of their beautiful linen dresses.

Harry and Kit
Location: Goondiwindi, QLD
Website: https://harryandkit.com.au
If you’ve been around for more than 5 minutes or have read a recent edition of Graziher or Country Style, you’d know about Harry and Kit. Nestled in ‘The Shed’ in the back streets of Gundy, this gem is a juxtaposition that oozes beauty in a tin shed. Owner, Lillie’s charm exudes from the walls and her curation of clothes, jewellery and homewares is not one to miss.
My pick: Lillie has a section on her website titled ‘custom made’ where you can enquire about having a piece produced that is uniquely yours.

Em and Me
Location: Roma and Brisbane
Website: https://emandmeshop.com
Danah and Cara are two very sweet souls, and I am SO impartial to a pair of their earrings.
My Pick: Their ‘Huggie’ earrings are dainty and beautiful, but durable for everyday wear.

Helen Ansell Art
Location: Regional Western Australia
Website: https://helenansell.com/about/
Recommended to me by a follower, Helen Ansell Art offers affordable prints and designs of vibrant Australian Flora and Fauna.
My Pick: Hellloooo bright, vibrant and beautiful, neoprene picnic blankets. It’s like an artwork you can sit on.

Marilla Alice Ceramics
Location:
Website: https://www.instagram.com/marillaaliceceramics/?hl=en
Also recommended to me by a follower, Marilla, the creative behind this gorgeous ceramics range is a HPE teacher, making and creating in her spare time.
My Pick: Her beautiful lace pressed bowls.

Budburst Australia
Location: Granite Belt, QLD
Website: https://budburstaustralia.com.au
Budburst Australia is the response to years of drought, fire and hail in the Stanthorpe region when selling their fruit straight from the tree was too risky. Their stone fruit vinegar is the perfect gift for the avid cooks in your life. They’ll love using it, but it’s something they would’ve never bought for themselves.
